- Train shared models on your conversationsYour tenant's data is yours. We don't use customer conversations to train a model that other tenants benefit from. Period.
- Make up testimonials or case studiesNo fake quotes. No invented "used by Fortune 500" claims. No anonymized customer counts that we can't back up. If we ever publish social proof, it will be because the real customer asked us to — not because we needed it to ship a marketing page.
